Haiku Deck

Thought I’d give this app a try. It’s a way to tell a story with pictures and (optional)captions. It was first recommended at a course for iPads in the classroom run by Tony Richards at http://www.itmadesimple.com/home. I reckon it would be good for students of any age and ability level to demonstrate their learning in a particular topic or for a creative presentation alternative. Your own photos or images from the web can be used. I think I nice idea would be for students to think of a word, search up an image and use that to inspire poetry.

Mine’s a family summer one: http://www.haikudeck.com/p/7i8GUlTWVZ/this-summer
